Attendance Criteria

Who can attend the UFI Americas Conference?

The event is open to all exhibition industry professionals, UFI members or not.

Delegates are typically senior to mid-level representatives from exhibition organising companies, exhibition venues, exhibition suppliers, industry consultants, and exhibition service providers from across Americas and beyond.

Registration Fees

Registration fees refer to the full package of the 2-day onsite attendance at the UFI Americas Conference on 10-11 September 2024 in Monterrey, Mexico.

Fee Includes:
  • Welcome Reception on Tuesday September 10
  • Networking Breaks and Lunches September 10 and 11
  • City Tour on Wednesday September 11
  • Closing Dinner on Wednesday September 11
  • Post-event access to all sessions' recordings

Accompanying Person fee $180USD includes:
  • Welcome Reception on September 10
  • City Tour on September 11
  • Closing Dinner on September 11

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email with an invoice and a payment.
Registration fees do not include travel and accommodation and are VAT excluded.

Payments Methods

Use the registration form to pay online with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX card. 
If paying through an international bank transfer, instructions will be indicated on your invoice once you’ve registered.

All fees must be paid before the event within 10 business days of submitting the registration form to secure registration.
Only participants who are fully registered with their registration fee paid will be authorised to attend the UFI Americas Conference 2024 in Monterrey.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to events@ufi.org.

  • Cancellations made before or on August 1st will be fully refunded.
  • No refund allowed for registration from August 1st onwards.
  • No-shows will be charged 100%.
  • Replacement from within the same organisation is authorised.

'French law n°92-1142 dated 31/12/92: payment upon receipt of invoice with no reduction for prepayment.'

Replacements

  • If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
